Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from https://gleecocare.com/ and should be read along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. No Return / No Exchange
Due to the nature of cleaning and hygiene products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
Products are non-returnable for reasons including:
Change of mind
Incorrect product ordered by the customer
Product not matching personal expectations
Minor packaging or fragrance variations
2. Replacement for Damaged Products Only
Replacement is applicable only if the product is received damaged.
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing photos or videos showing the damage.
Order ID and contact details
After verification, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Replacement Time Frame - Replacement If approved, The Replace products will be delivered within 7–10 business days after verification.
3. No Refund After order is placed.
Once an order is placed successfully, refunds are not provided.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Improper handling after delivery
Misuse of the product
Failure to follow usage or safety instructions
4. Refund for Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
Duplicate payment
Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Such refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can't be cancelled once order placed.
6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
Gleeco Care is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Any re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
